Bump. I'm getting this on the passenger front buckle also and this is the only thread I can find saying people are having this happen. Anyone else having this happen too?

Had a high idle I was chasing after replacing my 98 Taco engine (uses the same IAC from what I can tell as my 97 T4r) and used this to diagnose if it was working properly. Test came out good and figured out I had to have the AFR sensor plugged in to get a normal idle.

Thanks Speedy - I read your tuning method. I think I'll try that - is there an operating system that the tuning software works optimally or doesn't work with - the setup I bought came from a member on Tacomaworld who couldn't get the R4 software to run on his computer.
