Check the vacuum valve. Remove the valve apply 12 volts if you can hear a click it’s working also blow threw it with 12 volts applies if you can pass air threw then they are good if not replace. It’s possible that they are mixed up

A good tip is to always actuate the 4wd system a couple times a month this helps them not get stuck

Fan clutch a easy way to check is when it’s started u can use cardboard or something I personally use my hand I don’t recommend doing this for the inexperienced if u can stop the fan easy with the motor started your clutch needs new fluid or replace

Most likey the actuator is bad, slamming the door sometimes can cause them the free up I know this works sometimes with windows a trick is to hold the window switch and slam the door at the same time sometimes it can temporarily fix the problem

Possibly something with the evap system

Kdss isn’t all that great I think the money you would save you could put into something better like king shocks
