I will play around with some changes Monday. Otherwise the solidworks file is on the grabcad link I posted if somebody else wants to play with it (warning, the vector file I downloaded for the trd logo sucked, so the letters are a little screwy to move around.)
I actually ran one myself also, it looks pretty good other than my printer not leaving the nicest finish.
It won't let me attach the stl here, so I uploaded that plus the solidworks file to grabcad.
