Not sure it is relevant but I purchased my 2011 TE from LM of Boulder. Had a good experience. I told them what I would pay and they simply said, ok. Kept waiting for the added "undercoating" experience. Never came, got it for what I wanted to pay and would definitely go back.

The 2011 Trail Edition was not offered with Leather so I am not sure on that one. Also, does it have KDSS? If so, that was a $1700 option. If it is a Trail w/KDSS and NAV that is a smoking deal from what I have seen around.
