I recently purchased a 2006 sport had it for a week now and I love this truck!! I had a clifford 5904x that I had installed. I decided I wanted my alarm to control the rear window. Reason being I wanted to only have one key fob. Need some help. Since the installation the window will roll down...

I have a 06 sport. I just installed my clifford. I have mine working with the a 529t, using aux it will roll it all the way down and when I arm it the window will roll up. Since installing it the window seems to be a lot slower rolling up any ideas? My installer said it's the motor getting warm...
