yes it looses coolant but only if I use the heater. I have just been leaving the knobs to cold and re-circulate and its fine. The temp gauge always reads cold unless i drive on the freeway for about a 1/2 hour then it reads that its going to overheat but the motor runs normal and doesn't smoke...
