    Auxbeam Lighting System Install

Has anyone been able to use regular rocker switches with these? I love the simplicity in wiring but really prefer the classic carling switch look. I'd assume you could tear into the control panel and wire in your own switches, but am not really keen on wasting $150 on the off chance it doesn't work.

Tundra brake upgrade - will spare wheel fit?

They were 16's. It seemed like it barely didn't clear the caliper, so I wonder if it was a caliper casting thing. I could have probably shaved the caliper slightly to get it to clear, but I decided to just pick up a nice set of 5-stars instead :)

Tundra brake upgrade - will spare wheel fit?

When I installed my 199mm calipers I found that my stock 3-spoke wheels wouldn't clear the calipers, but I'm almost 100% certain I tested the steel spare and it cleared properly FWIW.

Options on a fuse block platform

Let me know if the Paranoid Fabrications platform worked for you / what year your 4runner is. When I looked in my engine bay (2002) it didn't seem like it would fit but I'm curious of yours does.

Just a heads up, there's the 3 piece style on the sfbay craigslist that got posted a couple hours ago. misc parts for 1998 4runner/3rd gen - auto parts - by owner -... Just happened to be perusing craigslist right after reading this thread :)

    ***Norcal Classfields*** $$-Buy - Sell - Trade-$$

I'm guessing in the realm of 25k to 30k. I bought them used with 20k and haven't done much driving in my 4runner. Having passengers does make it a bit better, but still harsher than I would have liked.

    ***Norcal Classfields*** $$-Buy - Sell - Trade-$$

I just took off a pair of 906's from my 3rd gen because they were a little harsh with no weight in the back. I'd let them go for pretty cheap - $50 if you're interested. Note I'm in South Bay so that might be a bit of a drive for you.

Absalom's Cookie Cutter 4runner Builds - New and Updated!

    1. Make sure you have all the bushings/washers that you need to install everything. You will need a rear spring OME 2906 would be fine here. 2. Wheelers has a service to assemble the strut for you with a top hat. Something to consider if you are already dropping the cash for a pair of 6112's...

Absalom's Cookie Cutter 4runner Builds - New and Updated!

I've used wheelers offroad a fair few number of times and they haven't done me wrong. Looks like they have the 6112 and 5160's in stock.

What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Did you go full OEM on everything? Do you have part numbers? I'm looking to replace my rear brakes as well soon and would love a starting point.

    JZiggy's storage/camping/sleeping platform

Are you able to sit up straight with this height of platform? Or if you were 5'10 would you be able to?
