Thank You, Sir! I checked fuses, relays and then your post. Had no idea the rear window wasn't all the way up. Fixed!

I have a similar problem with my 2007. The front passenger side signal quit, and changing the bulb didn't help. Checking for power with a VOM at the socket showed no voltage with the signal on. The socket and wiring look clean and good. Not sure what's next.
