Got the front end in the air, one wheel at a time. There's no play or wobble that I can tell.
The one thing it does do is rattle when you push and pull on the rear side of each wheel. I took a video of the driver's side for reference.
I have no idea if this is normal though. Sounds like...
Hey Gents-
Have a 2020 5th gen with about 44k on it. In the past week, I've noticed that over undulations or driving on uneven surfaces (lawn grass, dirt road, etc.) that there is a muffled -- but audible -- clunking sound from the front end. It sounds like something is loose or that a...
I'm looking at picking up a truck that is currently in the LA area. I'm looking for a shop that the seller that can put the car on a lift and inspect it from front to back, top to bottom. Mechanical, electrical, frame/rust, suspension, body and paint (looking for rust or evidence of...
So, the 2022s have a front camera and two side cameras underneath the mirrors. It allows for a birds-eye, 360 degree angle, as well as dedicated side and front views.
I can't imagine the conversion is too tricky. I'm curious if anyone has had a look at it yet, figured out what exactly is...
Hey all-
I have a 2020 with the JBL audio. Since new, I've had ZERO issues with my radio or anything associated with it...until about a week ago.
I have 20 presets. Normally, pressing up or down on the steering wheel control cycles through all of them, from top to bottom or bottom to top...
So mine is:
+1 Treble
-1 Mid
0 Bass
I do run an aftermarket 12" JL Sub in the back which helps make the sound a bit more "full".
The system is weak, IMO, as a factory setup and especially as the "premium" audio option. It seems to come into its own a bit when you turn it up loud, so...
This really isn't that big of a deal to me as an AG Pro owner. One sold on Cars and Bids yesterday for like $56k and had 7100 miles on it. That's more than I paid for mine.
Prices are nuts. You'll be fine in the long run
Hey gents-
Looking into doing a basic dual battery setup on my 2020. When I say basic, I mean not extensive power management or anything. Just something to monitor both batteries and keep the 2nd charged when the car can handle it or when needed.
One of the questions I have is about battery...
Thanks so much for the pictures and the measurements. That’s exactly what I needed.
I am putting an iPad in, but that’s going in a floor-mounted ram mount and not on that thing.
The radio is my biggest concern. I was looking at a Midland MXT400. It’ll be a chunk up there, but just based on...
Bumping this up.
How high is the mount shelf above the high portion of the clock shelf? I'm trying to find out exactly how high something like a radio will end up sitting in the middle of the dash, and how much windshield it's going to block.
