I'll try spinning on dirt. Going out of town for a week and will let you know what happens. So the actuator is trying, but failing and "throws a code" to indicate the failure........how and where do I find the code?

Further testing reveals = Drive to Park+ 2wd to 4wd and 4 to 2 = audible disengage. Neutral to park, 4 to 2 = audible disengage P 4 to 2 and 2 to 4 engage /disengage = audible P 2 to 4 = audible engage. I hope this helps, I'll check the vacuum lines (any secrets) Thanks again for helping me out.
