Easy...the plastic cover pops off...gently pry the top corner of it and it should pop off. I bet you have a loose connection.

Check your thermostat...sounds like it is stuck. Cheap easy replacement.

Come over to www.yotatech.com and do a search. There is ALOT of discussion on this. Per evidence the Helix/aka throttle body spacers are useless. There is more info on chips, etc. fooling the ECU etc.

My hood scoop increased my power almost 15 hp! And of course my TRD stickers gave me another 10 hp! :D
