Last night, someone must have disliked my "stubby" antenna on my 2011 SR5. Unfortunately, they didn't just remove it.... They decided to break it off at the base. Now, I have to figure out a way to remove the remnants. Any ideas ??? The threads are broke flush where the antenna screws in...

I have had no problems with the Pep Boys Antenna in the carwash....

I was able to remove mine by hand... I also installed the Pep Boys Antenna. Again, no tools needed for installation. The entire process took less than a minute. I haven't noticed any difference in reception. Good Luck

I purchased the stubby version from Pep Boys. To date, I have not been able to detect any difference in the 2 antennas (original vs. stubby)
