Glad it worked out for you with them but that has been the opposite of my experience prior to COVID and now. I can’t make excuses for a company that is still actively marketing on their social media pages (not only for themselves but other local businesses also - which means it isn’t automated)...

I never got a response but they finally shipped the bag 7 months later. Still has my name misspelled on the FEDEX notice that I have corrected 3 times. I like the rack but if I knew they were this crappy at customer service I wouldn’t have chanced it. I can only imagine trying to deal with them...

Did anyone actually get their entire order? I am still missing the graphite bag with black webbing. Even before the slow down from COVID they wouldn’t respond to an email and when I would call they would tell me it was being shipped within a week.

As already stated, start with percentage off MSRP. Make them send you an invoice showing OTD with all of their charges. I had offers of $35.5 for an ORP but their OTD was $2k higher than other dealerships quoting $36.5-$37.5.

Which junk yard are you looking at? I live on the west side of Jax. I have been looking for one in Red to do the swap but have yet to see a 5th gen pop on a salvage lot around here.
