Wouldn't the ECU throw codes if the O2 or MAF sensors were dirty/bad?

I have a similar issue. Replaced all plugs, coils, and injectors. Smoke test shows no vacuum leaks. Every part I replace makes it worse.

Why does everyone like silicone? Seems like the factory hoses held up for 20+ years. I guess not all the factory hoses are available anymore. Stupid disposable world.
