Well, its not the COR, not the MAF sensor, not the Fuel Pump, not the EFI relay, not the fuses.....???????? Is there a way you can test the ECM???

BCM? Not sure if the 90' has this? What does BCM stand for. Are you referring to the ECU?

Update: No fuses are blown and I also checked the COR. It is outputting 12V when the key is ON, so it seems to be working fine. I'm having trouble tracing the wiring from the COR to the Fuel Pump to try and find any breaks. Is there any other type of relay that controls/powers the fuel pump...

Well, it turns out the fuel pump is still good it's just not getting any power when the key is in the ON position. I checked all fuses. Nothing seems to be blown. Does anyone know if there is a fuel pump relay??? And where it is? I can't find any info about it online!!

The fuel pump in my runner just stopped working (lasted 200k tho!!) and was looking for some help. Anybody dropped the fuel tank before? I need some helpful tips and advice on how to get this out so that I can switch it out the pump. I'm just worried that when I drop it I might rip some wires or...
