Yes. The Fuel/Air Sensor located upstream of the cat(s) will most definitely throw a CEL code if it fails or it detects abnormal exhaust values. Most of the time, the sensors pre-heat function fails which will throw a CEL code.

I just bought all the parts (or so I thought) to install the OEM type foglights on my 2001 SR5 4Runner. I need the L-shaped brackets that secure the foglights to the underside of the bumper. They did not come with the light assemblies. So I'm gonna ask if anyone might have a p/n for these...

For you guys with factory installed fogs on your 3rd gen, I have a simple question. Does your dash have a light indicating when the fog lights are "on" ? This is for vehicles with the left stalk (headlight)mounted on/off switch.

The first component I would check would be the relay. It sounds like it is latched closed (stuck on). Do you have another relay you can try? Good luck!

Based on your description, I'm thinking that your seat attach points are tensioned so as to be binding the drive motor for the seat adjustment. Back off all your seat mount bolts and start over by tightening each bolt in sequence like you would a engine cylinder head. This should solve the problem.
