Hi, I'm really happy I found this forum, learned a lot already... About a month and a half ago traded my 2008 4th gen. Sport Edition for 2011 Sr5 and love it!

No problems so far, I've had new wheels for about 3 weeks now...

I think you installed them too close to the edges of the doors (and to each other) that's why they rubbed together. when I installed mine I left about 1/4 inch space on the front door and 1/2 inch on the rear. I dont think the heat had anything to do with it...I do car customizing for living ...
