Damn! I'm in desperate need of a frame, and I just came across this thread.

I've been rebuilding a rear axle to replace the leaky rear diff cover. New pinion seal and treating the whole thing with POR-15 to prevent it from rusting through again. I'm pretty busy between now and the 4th of July, but the swap will be happening after I get back in town.

I am planning on swapping out my rear axle as well (will be cheaper to do the whole thing for me). What do I need to check to ensure that my replacement part will match up? I already know that I have 4.10 gears in my 2002 Limited, is there any other critical information that I need to check to...
