What all do i need to know about one with 146k on it besides the t-belt?

I am new to this board and about to buy a 4runner and i was just wondering if this was a good deal. 99 limited 4x4 with TRD package and supercharger. 146K. Paint is good, leather is good. A couple of dings her and there. But overall it looks pretty good. He wants $8450. I didnt ask about...
