!! When I took out my MAF to install new spark plugs, I tried to run it to test before I put the MAF back together. My two roomies are GM mechanics, so they said it would run without it - WRONG! It ran fine after I plugged the sensor back in. I didn't even have it hooked up to the throttle body.
