Hey Marty. Sorry for the delay in responding. That square tube is 3/4" (Lowes part number 11388 ) and the right angle is 3/4" as well (#11330). The L-brackets are all simply riveted to either the floor pan or yes, the plastic side walls. Riveting into the plastic is clearly not ideal. Not shown...

I don't have measurements. Everything was measure/cut, measure/cut. Just be patient and it will all work out. Good luck.
