i agree.. i have the same "issue" and it appears to be fine. If the tranny fluid is cold it doesnt shift into OD.. I thought it was a problem but its not too big a deal 4real 4real. Havent checked yet.. but low tranny fluid might be the cause of this as well..but its an older vehicle.. remember...
