I'm confused but you turned off both screen but still need the GPS turned off? Isn't it off when the screen is off? You can push the radio to just go to the radio. If you push home it shows radio and GPS or mine does anyways.

If you want more lift sell the TRD suspension you got and get aftermarket. Spacers is not the way to go makes the ride crap. Anyone that tells you otherwise is high. But if you want cheap and don't care go for the spacers.

Well the hard part is they want to make right and you refuse your claim could go out the window as well. But I would have a hard time taking it back as well but I also would have a hard time coughing up more money. Maybe request a different guy redo it if there is even another guy.
