That linked one is a Denso. It ships in a Toyota/Lexus box and does have the right part number for the current OEM Radiator. But as seen in the above picture it is not exactly the same as the one that I have out of my '96.

I watched some of the videos of the trails, seems pretty muddy. What else do the trails offer? Do you split up in groups by difficulty? Never been on trails in VA.

Being that the squeal is intermittent leans towards the belt slipping when the compressor cycles. That puts a load on the belt causing it to slip a bit before it catches again. A pulley would squeal all the time even when the AC is off as it is always spinning with the engine.

I run stock 80 series shocks on mine and it contacted the skid. I took a hammer to my skid and pounded the areas back for extra clearance.

I couldn't get a good impression of the noise from the video. Is the squeal coming from outside the truck or inside the cab. My blower squealed every once in awhile. If it is outside, like others I would start by checking the belt tension.
