I did have contact with someone here, had an initial reply back but I was not the first inquiry about their cross bars. I am pretty confident I can work with the SR5 ends and Trail cross bars to make it work. It's a weekend project :becky:

I was recently in the market for a new surf board and wanted to buy cross bars for my 2010 Trail 4Runner. I ordered some from a seller on Amazon, stated they were for the Trail Edition, but when I received them, they didn't come with a 'sliding h-block" which actually mounts them to the factory...

Same here, a nice pleather case with button closure. Holds all navigation, owners manual, insurance cards, registration easily and fits in glove box. Maybe it is a dealer thing..

Any update on this? I may have to see if my dealer can get them. I ordered a set of cross bars; but the cross bars did not come with any other hardware (h-blocks)....

Really glad I don't love it as much as my current truck. Guess I can wait until the next upgrade =))

I've had FX-R and TSX projectors in the past. They don't compare to these LS430s. My next vehicle will need to have large enough headlamp housings to accommodate the LS430 :becky: I THINK it was 700-800 dollars. Don't quote me on that. It was some time ago.. :confused: Best to send an...

I did the LS430 Retrofit back in the Spring and have NO regrets. Lightwerkz did the retrofit, excellent and quality work. Performance is amazing, I don't think I could ever use a different projector, the LS430 just outperforms (to me) anything else I've seen and used. I'd guess 6+ lanes well...

Went from driving American Muscle cars for 15 years to my 2010 4Runner. (85' IROC, 96' Z28, 02 TranAm Firehawk) Big change, miss the power and exhaust note occasionally. But, I am extremely happy with 4Runner, zero regrets. It was time to move on and glad I did.

Our headlamps are very big. They can accomodate almost any projector. The LS430 is huge and it fit just fine in my housings. All dependent on ability of the installer of course. If you haven't been over to HIDPlanet and seen the LowBeam Output Comparison thread, check it out. The options...

I have stock size BFG T/A KOs. Never had any rub, even at full lock.

If you have all the screws and fasteners out, I just grab the trim in front of the tire and just start pulling toward the center; like you are peeling it away. Then do the same for the opposite side. Maybe I've been lucky, but never had a problem with getting those clips to disengage.

That tab should be fine. I had one damaged in shipping and much worse off than that. It still doesn't budge. Enjoy your new lights, they look great!
