Driving from MT to DC Driving ~2200 miles from MT to DC. Got caught up on another winter storm in ND. KO2s don't like driving on the highway when it's below 30. Rear was skating/sliding on the cold spots...scary stuff. Made it to Wis Dells, 900 miles to go! hope the weather holds.

I'm w/ you...got the wife a 2001 LC and I love that vehicle. That thing is like a tank, snow here in Montana mountains is no challenge for the LC. Gas mileage might also be a concern but I'm only getting 15 mpg w/ the '15 4 Runner so not much difference.

I was able to take it apart and re-lube it. Had to reroute the strap to the outer part of the ring for it to be able to work. Not sure if the strap was stretched out or if the ring that holds the strap stretched out. Not sure how what led to this, I live in Montana. Maybe trapped snow...

Has anyone has had any issues w/ corrosion on the lower rear seat locking mechanism? Mine had a lot of rust and wasn't allowing the strap to unlock them. Dealership wanted $1000 to fix the issue since they couldn't find the locking mechanism and said they need it to order the whole lower...

Mine starting doing the rebooting thing but also cut power to the vehicle while driving...all cluster lights came on but the engine didn't quit although there was some power lost. Thought it was the battery but got it tested and that wasn't. Any ideas?

had the same problem w/ the "cheap" package of 10 for $20...started flickering after a week.

is the material softer/more pliable than the weathertechs? from the pics it seems that coverage is better.
