The T4R forum has excellent technical information, so sorry to threadjack and pollute your forum with my lowly Tacoma. I converted it to manual hubs several years ago with light off-road exploring and civilized road manners in mind. Everything's worked flawlessly ever since then. No drivetrain...

Hi sschaefer3, I just switched my 1st gen Tacoma to manual hubs and I wanted to use a manual hub jack shaft that I have. But when I pulled off the ADD jack shaft, my front diff had this gear sticking out which is what the sliding collar in the ADD locks onto, so I couldn't slide in the manual...
