when i bought new wheels and tires from tirerack.com i opted to get the aultel scanner tool to program TPMS sensors. Its just a plug and play thing. So if someone nearby has this tool, they can help you.

speaking from a budget stand point. for my setup i have the 890s and 5100s. Front setup was 5100 on 2nd perch with stock springs. I did the diff drop and also replaced Lower Balls Joints to be save. All that new stress on old parts didn't sit well with me. I'm happy with my choices...
