Ok... so my fiance's 2004 4Runner ( V6 ) has the same exact problems verbatum.
Was mis-diagnosed with the ignition coil pack for cyl 6, then it was replace the injectors ( all 6 of them ). After doing that and still arriving with the same symptoms and just shy of $1000 in repairs done that...
