The AUX input is damaged somehow. Simply put, if I put the cord in and hold it JUST the right way it'll play music. Obviously I'm not able to just hold the cord in while driving though. I'm wondering what needs to be done in order to replace or repair it? I don't really know how to get in...

The simplest answer is the best answer. Replaced both bulbs and that fixed it! Incredibly easy to do as well. Thanks for the response!
