I'm also trying to replace my fobs (1999 sr5 Limited) but am a little sketchy on going the ebay route.....any caveats to that?

Battery Drained overnight. What should I check?

Check that battery and check it again....I cannot tell you how many bad-out-of-the-box batteries i've experienced over the past few years. i don't know what they're doing but their quality is terrible lately.

Digital Odometer Not Working

Check with your state smog bureau and see if they can give you the last mileage/date it was tested.....long shot but that may work.
