    Forgot to come back to this. Mine was easy but not really fixed. Pop off the plastic shroud that covers the hinge point where your seat reclines. Most likely a metal rod will be sticking out or there will be a hole where a rod should be. Mine was the former. I had to play with the seat a bit...

    If you can your hands on them a catheter used for starting IV's is one the best tool for splinter removal. Using the beveled edge as a cutting tool on the top layers of the skin is almost pain free and allows you to clear space for a pair or pointed tweasers to remove it easily

    Yet another new owner

    Hi all Been lurking for last year plus. Just purchased another 4Runner today. Currently own a 2001 limited, 2006 SR5, and now a fully loaded 2011 limited today. Looking forward to future mods and I will use the search button I swear.
