Lift complete! So it took nearly a week between broken stuff and waiting on parts. Really, all I broke was a sway bar end link top end when attempting to remove the top nut and then there was a stripped front strut lower mounting bolt. Below are before and after profile pictures. Before...

Ok so the front right didn't take me as long as the other stuff with some lessons learned. Below is a picture of the setup post install prior to tire.

Unner, per Speedy's setup/install recommendation, I put the front in on the lowest perch. There's an obvious gain in height but I don't know how long it will take to settle in. I'll get measurements and post them after completion.
