When I raced Dirt Late Model Race Cars we used a product called Mud Off. Just an idea and something to consider. A mixture of water and baby oil also worked well.
Your A\F can only clean so much outside air. The smallest of dirt particals do pennetrate the filter media material.
Just my 2 cents. I raced a Dirt Late Model for a few years and changed the air filter every weekend and changed the oil about every 80 laps. It was dirty from the dirt I guess...
