At least one of the dealers around here always has a truck or two in the showroom that they've done aftermarket mods to. Things like most people have mentioned; spacer lift, tires, wheels, light bars. Seen at least one 4R with rigid front grill. You got a limited with 3rd row fully optioned...

Yeah hard to tell...but it does answer at least one question about the chrome trim. I think something would need to be done with it if I do end up cutting for the slimline. Thanks for the reply!

Don't suppose you ever found that picture of the slimline on a 2016 Limited did you? I've been searching and looking at options and I like what that bumper has to offer. Just curious how it's going to ultimately look on the limited front end after cutting.

This is something I've been reading a little about as I consider what mods to start adding. Thanks for the write up. You hit on the one limitation I've come to as well, the rock lights not ramping up/down with puddles. It's definitely not critical but I'd personally like to see that ability as well.

I'm coming to that conclusion. They offered about $2500 more for my Taco than Thompson though and the deal on the 4R was basically the same every dealership I tried. Bill Kidd was a little bit better but he couldn't come close to the trade in and it wasn't enough of a difference for the hassle...
