Entune navigation map updates
I recently took delivery of a 2015 TE with Entune. The map database is over a year old. How do map database updates happen? I can't find anything in the head unit settings or the Entune phone app to download new map updates.

I ended up with the classic good news bad news situation this week.
Good news is that the dealer finally advised that they could now order a new dashboard to address the cracked dashboard issue.
Bad news is that I won't need...
They didn't ask for any pics from me. I had taken a great picture of the three intersecting 9+ inch cracks, but they never asked about it. I just told them I had cracks over the passenger side airbag and that I heard about a repair program. The rep promptly responded that there was a warranty...
Thanks to the original poster for laying the groundwork and providing information. Called the number, got verification that VIN is included and received a case number. Waiting for the letter.
