If it was the fuses wouldn't both lights be out and not just the right side?

Hey! I have 2001 4Runner Limited. The right side headlight has been out for awhile so I finally picked up some bulbs tonight and replaced them. Ever after replacing them the right side still doesn't work and I noticed that the right turn signal also wasn't working. Anyone experience anything...
