I don't know what the exact dimensions are. I measured it with a vernier gauge and used it to score the aluminum. That said, the aluminum strip was .25" thick and 1.5" wide. The piece I cut off was approximately 1". I wanted it longer than it was high so it would resist turning in the channel...

I've been wrestling with that question. Do you think running a ground wire from the bracket to the roof rail mounting bolts would suffice?

Started mocking up a CB antenna bracket off the roof bar tie-down bolt. Then installed a TRD skid plate and front shackle. Not a bad afternoon.

Figured out how to stop my front mud flaps from rubbing on my BFG 285/70/17's + 1.25 Spider Trax spacers with a highly technical zip-tie mod ;) See the description here...

Thanks TRD Tim!... It's on a 3" Iron Man lift. The ride is a little agricultural if it isn't loaded, but plan to upgrade to an Icon Stage 2 early next year.
