I prefer the cleaner look of the push bar the full guard looks too cumbersome in my opinion.

Revolver is my favorite I just dont like the over the top center cap... the fusion is a close second

K&Ns are usually right around 50 bucks and your local auto shops might have it in stock but they last a long time when cleaned and re-oiled properly so used might not be a bad option

I say tint the front to match the back

I had a 2001 Subaru Forester I loved it but the front cv joints went. So I went from a small 4wd suv to a big 2wd suv

Well I think I'm gonna go with the defiant, later on I'd like to do a 3/2 spacer lift, bigger tires and get some of those badass fiberwerx fenders.... thanks for all the input guys

I definitely agree that the defiant looks better with more off road gear. I still think it looks good though, I would consider getting a small lift in the future but that is still a ways down the road. Something I was reading about bull bars is that they can multiply the damage in crashes...

I was looking at getting ether of these for looks and some aux lighting. I just wanted to see what you guys think. I'm 50/50 undecided, I like them both the same but I'm not sure if I'd like the bulk of the bull bar on my 2WD but if I got the defiant I'd probably be paying for an extra set of...

My old subaru forester just died so I picked up a 2004 4r and I love it, I was thinking of keeping the mods simple because of the 2wd. Possibly a light bar, black headlights, HIDs and maybe a cai and exhaust. Glad to be a part of the forum.
