well guy, thats how i did it and why I'm confused. never had a delay in flashes, and I thought constant meant no codes. but whenever the check engine light comes on the car runs differently

i was trying to get the code but the light kept one blinking. i got to 200 before i stopped. then we cleared the code and it came on 30 min laters and didn't stop blinking again

is there a way to tell if it is bad? the car can start and go down the block now and the tps seems to be fine. That wouldn't cause it not to start would it?
