GX470 Roof Console install

How are you pulling down this roof console? Is it held in place by velcro, screws and clips? I tried to pull mine and it wouldn't even move.

FS: New Toytec Front 2" Spacers (black anodized)

I have a set of brand new 2" Toytec spacers for 4th gen. These are black anodized spacers, same as here: Front 2" Lift Spacers (black anodized) Paid closer to $150. Will sell for $120 shipped.
