I've been wanting to do this too but don't know if I can find a whole weekend to do so. Anyone ever pay to have this done? I wonder what the labor cost would be, might be worth it for me.

Tire size Tire size are 32" FYI. I think you could even do 33's no problem if you wanted.

FYI this is a OME 2" lift, 1.5" BJ spacers and torsion bars cranked for the remaining .5".

Engine temp The only thing that is changing with those scenarios is the engine temperature. If the engine is cold or hot it's ok but if it's warm it has trouble, weird. No idea man.

cranking the torsion bars Also get the front axle spacers that drop it down an inch from 4crawler if you're going to do that. Your CV boots will wear out quick otherwise at that angle. They're 30$ and an easy install.

Diff drop Yes you absolutely need to get spacers to drop the front diff. They are 30 bucks from 4crawler and 30 minute install. I didn't have these on mine and just threw down almost 1k to get my CV assembly replaced when my boots split from the increased angle. Not sure if the spacers help...
