That’s not a bad idea! I bolt all the parts into a fixture and weld it so things don’t warp on me. Heat warp and then mounting hole misalignment would be a challenge for the DIY crowd, but now you have my brain working.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This is an old picture of my interior, but you can see I just used a suction base RAM mount. It falls off about 5x a year at random...but its been sturdy for years, and I can switch it between vehicles.

I added the same spring. It pulled the idle down to around 900 consistently. I am going to try the washer trick this weekend in hopes proper plate alignment will help a little! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks nissanh. Yeah I already pulled the TB and cleaned it, and replaced the IAC. On a side note, I threw the spring on and it pulled the idle down to 900 rpm... we may be onto something herep Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
