I think that the 2003-2009 take the same center light. Something else to think about is it looks like the lens on the spoiler is different and wider than the lens on trucks without a spoiler.

That guard is 1mm thick??? I don't know a ton about these but that seems awfully thin and likely to bend if you ever used it.
