Going Topless (ok, maybe a Bikini Top)

I'm in a rental, so I didn't want to deal with setting it up just to take it down eventually. So I just made my fiance help me take it off lol. Fits perfectly in the back of my garage, and I can still pull my runner in.

No More Stinkbug (lowered my rear end)

Yeah I don't blame you, those thick aftermarket shackles are tough lol. What's your eye to eye measurment with the holes you made? I know the stockers are 3.5" eye to eye.

No More Stinkbug (lowered my rear end)

I would like to see more pics of how those shocks are mounted. Also, if you do any offroading, I would consider trimming those shackles down. That "fanging" is a rock magnet lol.

Solid axle 4th gen (06' Limited)

Sexy Truck Pr0n. I see the 3link with coilovers in the front, and was that a 4link in the rear? Looks really really awesome. Magazine quality build.

    Timing chain kit

What model is the engine? Like a 20r? Check out ENGNBLDR.com, and shoot him an email. He sells all sorts of different timing kits for toyota engines. He should at least be able to send you in the right direction.

Is it on June or July 20th? I see both lol.

Nice 4runner man. I agree with not worrying about the shocks, and getting a rear diff. I'm hoping to pick up an Aussie next month for my rear.

    I need more front flex.

Try JTs Parts & Accessories, Justdifferentials.com. TT 911A342 [Toy 7.5 IFS] - $465.00 : JTs Parts & Accessories, Justdifferentials.com not sure if you have a 7.5" front ifs, but that is the Detroit trutrac LSD.

    I need more front flex.

Lucky! Here in AZ they are few and far between, mostly because nothing rusts here. When I do come across a 85 or older, they are already modded to the ends and back, not street legal, and crazy expensive. Even when I come across just a Solid axle, people want 400+ for ones beat to hell.

    I need more front flex.

I agree with this completely. Just be weary of modding the front suspension too much. You don't want to dump money into the IFS (including gears) just to swap it out (if that is ever an option for you of course). I've seen so many 86+ guys dump money into the IFS with lifts, lockers, gears...

    Wheel/Tire Suggestions

Ask, and you shall recieve. I can only find a work in progress of the jeep, but you will get the idea lol. The fronts are 33x12.5x15 Goodyear MTRs, backs are 40x16.5x16 Pitbull rockers. Yota Tube buggy - Too many mods to list.

    I need more front flex.

Locking the front can be a bit nerving on ifs, especially when you are using larger tires. But consider a selectable for the front (arb or another e locker) or even a something like a Detroit Limited slip diff. That way you don't have to worry about fighting PITA steering on tight trails.

    I need more front flex.

I think people underestimate what simply locking the rear can do offroad. I'm hoping to get an Aussie installed in July, because so far most of what I have ecountered that I got stuck on would have been cured if I had a locked rear. I also think that SASing really shouldn't be necessary unless...
