I used both on my AT Horizon trailer. I found that the Max Coupler was less likely to bind in tighter backing up and generally had less slack.....just fewer parts. That being said, getting the pin in place on the Max can sometimes be a challenge especially if your trailer is on rocky terrain...

Weird thing happpened today. I used the remote to lower the rear window several times today and then after about the 5th time, I tried to raise it with the interior switch and it would not work...now the switch will not work to raise or lower the window. I can use the key in the exterior lock...

Duuuuuuuuude......I am over 6'3" and just lean the seat back a bit.....sure you can't get comfortable? I even wear a hat sometimes and have not noticed it being a problem.

Interesting....the TSB that I had done states that flat spots are normal and it is a spring mechanism that contributes to the feedback of the vibration through the steering wheel. Maybe I should have asked for some new tires too.....then again, if your dealer was aware of the TSB, would have...

You might try a google search for Toyota TSBs...I found it with some research but did not keep the link.....It is probably the most recent TSB released for the 4Runner. Maybe someone on this board has quick access? I would definitely bring it to the attention of your dealer....there shouldn't...
