A short history of the 4Runner

Beat me to it. Came here to post that, I had no idea! Really though, Winnebago? Not bashing just in awe at the vintage collab’ Haven’t been around, sorry. PCS’d (.mil move) back home to Guam from Nebraska, after a year in Saudi Arabia. Picked up a ‘77 Honda CB550K and a ‘80 CX500, been dicking...

    Sliders from White-knuckle Off Road

Worst washer, locking washer, and nut to install was passenger side most forward on top. I asked WKO to make these w/o angling up.

    Consolidated Slider Info Thread

Got some hrew white knuckle sliders in the other day, had 'em made more flat instead of that angled up since it'll be a road queen for a good while. Anyone got any install tips? Maybe a link to an install thread?

    Trail edition factory roof rack

Our '15 trail doesn't look like that all black tall one. It has black end caps and is silver in the middle? We get ripped off?

    Watch bumps door grab handle

Lol no no when your inside and the door is shut and you got to grab the wheel with your left hand. Maybe I'll just switch the wrist I wear a watch on. Anyone got a TRD handle cushion take-off for sale??:wink2::wink2:

    Watch bumps door grab handle

Silly post but Just curious, anyone else constantly bump their watch into the grab handle of the door? I wear a Suunto Ambit3 and it seems like a tight fit.

If You See A T4R At A Dealership...

Playing with the zip codes on truecar I found that 4Rnrs are cheaper in the northeast, anyone else notice that?

    Consolidated Slider Info Thread

You should add whose bolt-on sliders require drilling a hole to install. I skipped on a couple of them because of that. It's too new to start chopping up and I'm years away from lifting it (it's her daily for now). BTW, I called Toyota and their legalese regarding the warranty scared me enough...

Owner input on their Rock Sliders

'15 Trail. considering sliders, Most of the bolt on ones require drilling the frame. Will I run into any issues in the future? I know Magnusson Moss and all but might this give a reason for a dealership to deny warranty work for anything?
