Someone shared this thread with me, I just had my silver TRD skid plate powder coated in textured satin black and reinstalled the red letters with new 3m tape. The stock silver really was putting a damper on the theme of the truck! I don’t beat it on rocks so not worried about it chipping.

Appreciate it! I had a local professional do it. They had a textured finish sample that I thought would be good and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I’m not planning on banging it off any rocks. Should hold up great to your everyday road debris!
