I'd go with PDR if possible to preserve the original paint. Competent PDR techs can work some real miracles.

In 4WD the tires need to be able to slip when turning or else the drive line will bind up since the front & rear diffs will be locked together. When turning something must give and if it's not the tires then it will be drive line components breaking. That's why it's bad turn while in 4WD on...

I checked my '19 owner's manual and unless I missed it, it doesn't list a mileage or time to change the drive belt. It says the initial inspection happens at 60k miles then every 15k miles afterwards. That said, I have always changed mine at 90k miles as a preventative.

It looks like you are using the correct fuse tap. If the original fuse fits into it then it is correct. I would think that it should work with just the ACC wire connected but make sure you are using a fuse slot that will work for that. Fuse position within the fuse tap and the fuse tap...
