I just did the math on for this when I installed them this past weekend. Measuring the centerline off-set at each bushing and then converting that to a total forward offset angle, I trig'd out that the double-offset LCA's should shift the wheel hub centerline forward by about .4 inches...

Let some air out down to 20 ish psi and try pushing up on the forward end of the spare tire as you crank it up into place, so that the tread face slips past the panhard bar, instead of hanging up on it like your picture.

Is any kind of oil, grease, or petroleum/silicone based product getting on to your rotors? After installation of new pads and rotors, are you spraying everything down with brake cleaner before bedding in the pads properly?

Same here. Closing in on a year with Beamtech fan-less bulbs and no issues at all. Thought for sure that an Arizona summer might push them to the limit, but still good.

Don't discount the possibility that your lower control arm may be F'd up as well.. I'd replace every suspension component that supports that tire if it were my rig. Possibility of frame damage where the LCA mounts is probably minimal given the severity of the impact, and, if it exists, likely...

Dropping as in removing? Hard to tell without trying it out, I'd say. If I had to guess, removing the sway bar would likely allow even more of a rotational discrepancy between wheels, possibly making it worse. But then again, sometimes real life doesn't match our expectations. Give it a shot...
